Print Shipping Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your sneakers are tracked during transit.
Pack Securely
Place the sneakers in their original branded box and pack them inside a protective outer shipping carton to prevent damage.
Drop Off & Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our team inspects the quality, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
